IT HAPPENS

Late Arrival - If you are running late, please call us to let us know. We will allow clients to come into class up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes from the scheduled ride, we will not allow you to take class and ask you to reschedule your ride. This is to ensure all of our riders get the most out of their rides with little to no disruptions

Waitlist - We know the feeling when the ride you want is FULL. Don't get discouraged, as the waitlist tends to move! Add yourself to the waitlist and keep an eye out to see if you made it into the scheduled ride via email or by checking the SCHEDULE HOUSE app. If you are on the waitlist and cannot attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
